I have to tell you how much I LOVE your header picture–the heart-shaped mud puddle really speaks to me so personally. WOW! God bless you abundantly today and always.

Thank you Caddo. ๐Ÿ™‚ That picture actually has a story behind it. We live on a homestead…and that puddle formed in our drive…which was really nothing more than a mud path for a decade and a half. For about five or six years I’d watched that puddle. Each year, when the rains came, that puddle would fill. I would drive in during the dry season and walk in during the wet…but always I saw that heart and I smiled. It was a great pleasure to me. It made me feel love. I can say it formed naturally…but I don’t really believe it. It formed by the hand of God is what I believe. This year we graveled the drive. I felt so sad about that puddle going. I felt I was losing a friend who had made me feel so much warmth for so long. I took the picture because I didn’t want to lose my friend. Really..my sign from God of His love. A friend came by and saw my puddle one day. I shared my story with her…including how I had spent all these years walking this drive in prayer and tears…how very many tears had washed that soil and how many sacred prayers had been spoken into it…..she said what spoke to her was how I had to cross the heart to get to the Father…. you see…Jesus always met me there…it became a sign to me….a message… we must be touched deep in our hearts….have a real live surgery of the heart in order to reach the Father and only Jesus can do that. That’s my “puddle story”….. Thanks for sharing a moment with me. ๐Ÿ™‚

What a beautiful testimony, Sister–and I can so relate, though I didn’t receive a wonderful heart-puddle gift to go with my “awakening”, so I’m just a tiny bit envious (not to “sin level”, don’t worry)! I’m so glad to have met you here, and I’m going to send my dear Sis in the Lord, Debbie, over to see this–it will bless her socks off too. God bless you BIG–love, sis Caddo

I am so touched and filled by the puddle story too! Thank you for taking the time to share about it with us! You help me look and be thankful for whatever love notes He leaves for me each day! God bless!

Thank you Debbie ๐Ÿ™‚ Both of you are a blessing… I often feel these little things… like the puddle… are so small and silly… but they are so close to my heart. They are just who I am…. that’s kind of all I have to share. I love meeting people who can understand those things too. Blessings and love to you both!
